Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our team.

As a Product Manager with 3+ years of experience, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our products from conception to launch and beyond.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that meet the needs of our customers.

Responsibilities

Product Strategy: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy and roadmap.
Roadmap Management: Create and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on strategic objectives, customer feedback, and business goals.
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define product requirements, ensuring clarity, feasibility, and alignment with overall product vision.
Feature Prioritization: Evaluate and prioritize features based on potential impact, effort, and strategic value, balancing shortterm goals with longterm vision.
Crossfunctional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to define product specifications, guide development efforts, and ensure successful product launches.
Product Performance Analysis: Monitor key product metrics and performance indicators, conducting datadriven analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
User Feedback Integration: Gather and analyze user feedback through various channels, incorporating insights into product iterations and improvements.
Release Management: Coordinate product releases, including feature rollouts, documentation updates, and communication with stakeholders.
Product Evangelism: Serve as a product evangelist both internally and externally, communicating product vision, features, and benefits to stakeholders, customers, and prospects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field.
3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the tech industry.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with a datadriven approach to decisionmaking.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence crossfunctional teams.
Proven track record of successfully managing product development projects from conception to launch.
Experience with agile development methodologies and tools.
Knowledge of product management frameworks and best practices.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
