• Meeting customer and produce a concept design included space planning, materials, colour scheme based on customer needs. 根据顾客的需求和要求来提供准确的蓝图.
• Stays updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative design concepts into projects. 一直积极的探索最新的厨房设计趋势为佳.
• Provide innovative ideas and appropriate suggestions to customers. 提供创新的意见和适当的建议给顾客.
• Work closely with relevant departments to follow up on project progress. 与相关部门密切合作,跟进项目进展.
• Ensure project is completed within the time frame from beginning to job completed. 确保项目在从开始到工作完成的时间内完成.
• Produce design drawing by using AutoCAD, 3D Max, SketchUp, and Vray renderer. 使用 AutoCAD、3D Max、SketchUp 和Vray Renderer 构成设计图.
• Adhoc tasks and responsibilities assigned by superior. 领导委任其他事務和责任.

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or equivalent. 至少获得室内设计、室内建筑学、建筑学文凭或学士学位,或同等学历.
• At least 2 years experience and above related working experience will be added advantage. 至少 2 年以上相关工作经验者优先.
• Confident in both oral and written English and Bahasa Malaysia communication. (Mandarin is a plus). 善于英语和马来语沟通技巧在于交流和书写. (华语沟通为佳).
• Proficiency in design software, including AutoCAD, 3D Max, SketchUp, and Vray renderer. 熟练使用设计软件,包括AutoCAD, 3D Max, SketchUp, and Vray renderer.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision. 能够在最少的监督下独立工作.
• Team player, excellent organizational, and timemanagement skills. 具有团队合作精神、出色的组织能力和时间管理能力.
• Preferably can start work immediately. 可以立即上岗工作.
• Possess own transport. 自备交通工具.
