Description
Greeting customers, scheduling service appointments and receiving vehicle information.

  • Achieve enhanced customer satisfaction through careful listening to customer's request, obtaining approval for additional jobs and provide detail explanation of repair orders.
  • Estimates cost and completion time/settles customer accounts.
  • Ensure vehicles are ready within promised time.
  • Carry out optimum quality check on all vehicles before delivery back to customer.
  • Responsible for the effective participation on special service campaigns, fixitright program, followup, parts back orders and regular update on major jobs.
  • Carry yourself with tidy grooming & professional appearance.
  • Perform any additional ad hoc tasks that assign by management/superior.

Requirement

  • A minimum qualification of SKM ll or Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Salary will be commensurate with working experience/qualification.
  • Strong communication skills and have professional personal appearance.
  • Team player with initiative and positive attitude toward learning.
  • Possess own transportation and own valid "D" driving license.
  • Good command in written & spoken of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Able to commute daily to workplace at Telok Panglima Garang.
