Description
Responsible for the correct processing of intermediate according to the recipe and ensure products are produced correctly.

  • Execute required inprocess testing following the quality plan, CCP, QCP or OPRP and raised any deviation observed.
  • Perform good 5S and cleaning at the workstation, inclusive of machine troubleshooting during breakdown, maintenance task as listed in autonomous maintenance to ensure good running condition.
  • Ensure production record are updated and maintained correctly for process control review, audit and traceability purpose.
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in any Food Manufacturing Industry with a certificate (SPM) or equivalent.
  • Experience in dairy food processing and manufacturing process
  • Ability to operate food machinery, conduct troubleshooting, maintenance and cleaning
  • Understanding in quality control and cleaning standards
  • Knowledge in GMP, HACCP, ATEX, 5S, AM, HIRADC, LOTOTO, RCA, SPC
  • Experience in SCADA, MES, SAP, Tetra/SIG/GEA processing equipment is major advantage.
  • Familiar with UHT process in food manufacturing plant
  • Good command of language, oral and written (English/Bahasa Malaysia)
  • Computer literate

Up to RM2,500.00 per month
