Operations Executive - Gift & Souvenirs Retail Store

Qualifications:

Openness to learning, integrity, a positive attitude, and friendliness
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
Access to personal transportation and a willingness to travel when necessary.
A 12 years of experience in related field is preferred.

Responsibilities_

SUMMARY :

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the gift and souvenir retail store including
Inventory & Stock Management,
Visual Merchandising, Sales Support and
Operations Efficiency and Improvement.

Store Operations Management:

Supervise and coordinate daily store operations with our store assistants
Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability of gift and souvenir items.
Conduct regular checks to maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.

Customer Service and Sales Support:

Assist in driving sales by providing product information, recommendations, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Collaborate with the sales & marketing team to implement promotional activities and strategies to boost sales.

Inventory and Stock Management:

Manage inventory replenishment and stock rotation to optimize product availability and minimize overstocking or stockouts.
Conduct periodic stock counts, audits, and ensure accurate recordkeeping of inventory levels.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment of stock and maintain strong vendor relationships.

Visual Merchandising:

Ensure attractive product displays and visual merchandising to enhance the store's appeal and drive sales.

Regularly update displays to showcase new arrivals and seasonal items in line with store themes.

Operations Efficiency and Improvement:

Implement process improvements to streamline operations and maximize profitability.
Recommend and implement operational strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.

Salary:
