Description

Job Scope:


  • To perform clerical duties and maintain filing systems with good organization.
  • Updating customer details
  • Creating and sending invoices and statements to customers.
  • Assist the admin department with all admin activities such as stock management sales process (from issuing DO/Invoice to delivery)
  • Record, analyze, report, and administer sales activities according to systems and requirements.
  • Tracking payments
  • To ensure that acknowledgment copies of sales orders and delivery notes are duly returned by the customers & properly filed
