Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales Administrator to join our team.

The Sales Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by providing administrative assistance, managing sales-related documentation, and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


Administrative Support:


  • Assist the sales team with daytoday administrative tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and arranging meetings.
  • Prepare and distribute salesrelated documents, such as proposals, contracts, and presentations.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including updating customer databases and tracking sales orders.

Order Processing:


  • Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of products or services to customers.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and finance, to coordinate order fulfillment and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Generate invoices and follow up on payments, maintaining clear communication with customers regarding billing inquiries.

Customer Service:


  • Serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist customers with placing orders, providing product information, and resolving any issues they may encounter during the sales process.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering repeat business.

Sales Support:


  • Provide sales representatives with the necessary administrative support to facilitate their sales activities, such as preparing sales reports and maintaining sales collateral.
  • Assist in the coordination of sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities, as needed.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment between sales and marketing efforts, including coordinating marketing materials and campaigns.

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, with a customercentric approach.
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, as well as collaborate effectively within a team.
