- Minimum High school (SPM).
No Experience needed; Training will be provided in our Kenangan Academy with Certification.
- Any prior experience as Barista or crew in bubble tea company will be advantageous.
- Excellent communication skill & customer service oriented.
Job Role:
- By ensuring that all guests / costumers feel welcome and provide responsive, friendly and wellmannered service everytime
- By ensuring that all beverages and other products in store are consistently well prepared and served according to the recipes and standards
- By making decisions and problem solving in store consistently according to General Manager's guidelines, to be approved and reviewed further
- By monitoring and controlling store's cash and other receipts comply with cash handling procedures, store's policies and procedures
- By achieving the company's goals in sales, service, quality, appearance of facilities, sanitation and hygiene through employee training and creating a positive & productive work environment
- By responsible and always standby on ensuring customer and operational service standards as required
- By ensuring all store equipment cleanliness and stored in the proper conditions through personal inspection and comply with store maintenance prevention programs
- By ensuring that all products received is accurate in terms of unit quantity & conditions and ensuring the delivery is comply with the company policies and procedures
- By understanding all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and training programs to support effective works in store
- By ensuring store's employee performance assessment are completed in a timely manner as policy
