Key Responsibilities:

Lead the product development process, from ideation to commercialization, ensuring alignment with company goals and market demands.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, competitive landscapes, and emerging trends.
Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on insights gathered from market research and stakeholder input.
Collaborate with design, engineering, and manufacturing teams to translate product requirements into innovative motorcycle designs.
Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer value, technical feasibility, and business impact.
Manage the product backlog, ensuring timely delivery of key milestones and releases.
Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for usercentric design principles and superior ride experiences.
Develop gotomarket strategies and marketing plans to drive product awareness, adoption, and sales.
Monitor product performance and customer feedback, iteratively refining products to meet evolving needs and preferences.
Stay abreast of industry developments and technological advancements to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
Liaise with suppliers in China: Establish and maintain strong relationships with our suppliers in China to ensure timely procurement of components and parts necessary for product development. Collaborate closely with the supply chain team to manage inventory levels, mitigate supply chain risks, and optimize costefficiency.
Manage entire homologation process for local approvals: Oversee the homologation process for all new motorcycle models, ensuring compliance with local regulations and obtaining necessary approvals for market launch. Coordinate with regulatory agencies, testing laboratories, and legal advisors to navigate the complex landscape of local requirements and certifications. Proactively address any compliance issues or challenges that may arise, ensuring seamless market entry for our products.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related field. MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
Proven track record of 5 years in product management roles, preferably in the motorcycle or automotive industry.
Deep understanding of motorcycle dynamics, performance characteristics, and rider preferences.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization.
Creative thinker with a passion for motorcycles and a keen eye for design and innovation.
Proven ability to drive results in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
Motorcycle license and riding experience preferred.
Mandarin speaker is required.

Up to RM8,000.00 per month
