Description
The Technical Manager assists our infrastructure engineers and NOC in 2nd and 3rd level support to clients.

  • Be the 2nd and 3rd level support to infrastructure engineers and NOC.
  • Report to Head, NOC on any issue that could significantly impact service experience.

Requirements:

Minimum 8 years' hands-on experience in supporting IT infrastructure for external clients.

  • Keen to support cloud technologies.
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Independent and able to work independently.
  • Able to work within tight timelines with good prioritization skills.
  • Good analytical and problemsolving skills.

Job Type:
Permanent


Pay:
RM10, RM12,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Rotational shift
