Job Title:
Admin & Accounts Executive

Salary Range:
MYR2800 - MYR4000

Job Summary:


Responsibilities:


  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as data entry, reconciling accounts, and managing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Generate invoices and process payments from clients.
  • Prepare financial reports and statements for management and clients.
  • Conduct research to support accounting needs and projects.
  • Participate in client meetings and take detailed notes and action items.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Assist with project management tasks as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge in accounting software such as Sage, MYOB or Xero will be a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to multitask.
  • Professional and positive attitude.
  • Prior experience in bookkeeping or accounting is a plus.
