Job Requirements:

  • Having experience in accounting or audit firm background is added advantage.
  • Knowledge of
    SQL is preferred and account software

  • Able to work independently and under stress and must be positive thinking and keep to learn.

Responsibilities:


  • Preparation of full set of accounts including monthly management report with analysis report, required schedules, bank reconciliation and intercompany reconciliation.
  • Responsible for montly cash flow, handling tax compliance work such as tax estimation, tax filing, tax queries, tax audit and tax payment.
  • Responsible for preparation of audited financial statements, notes to accounts, audit schedules and attend to auditors' queries.
  • Identify, report and resolve accounting related operational issues, discrepancies and abnormal transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, company policies and SOP.
  • Perform financial analysis and review annual budgets and perform analysis in the budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Perform data entry, filling and other clerical duties as assigned.
  • Monitor daily cash flow and prepare bank reconciliation.
  • Any adhoc task when assigned by superiors.

RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
