This is Keysight - People and Culture - YouTube- Lead R&D team in product development and work closely with cross functional team to achieve project timeline and ensuring smooth NPI transition

Allocate and plan resources and budget to support R&D projects
Define strategies with design partners and also internal cross division/department to accelerate product development process.
Responsible to thoroughly understand and communicate stakeholder requirements to appropriate team members, and manage all requirements accordingly to realize each for the stakeholder.
Work directly with customer and MR (manufacturing representatives) on product requirements gathering, beta prototype evaluation and customer early adopter program
Lead full product lifecycle checkpoints from investigation till shipment (dual role). Work across different functions such as marketing, service and support, engineering, production, quality, finance, )
To create and execute project work plans and to revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirement
Strong Keysight PLC process and enforcing project management standards
To execute relevant risk management plan, if and when needed
To coordinate and ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
Work closely with Product planner to prioritize plan for product development to address immediate customer needs/request

Job Qualifications:

PhD / Master / Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering/Computer Engineering or equivalent
Typically more than 10 years of working experience, with preferably 5 years in project management or relevant crossfunctional leadership experience
Proven experience in people management will be an added advantage
