Accounts Executive - Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia - BERJAYA PARIS BAGUETTE SDN BHD
Description
Key Responsibilities
- Payable: Check and processing of supplier invoices, payment voucher and monthly statement reconciliations.
- Receivable: Raising invoices and assisting with cash collection
- Monthly routine: Credit card & Ewallet reconciliations.
- Reconciling of petty cash & Staff claim, including checking receipts, document approval, coding and uploading the general ledger entry
- Prepare monthly payment according to the schedule.
- Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, invoices, statements, etc.
- Attend warehouse stock take when required
- Ad hoc tasks as required
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
- Professional Certificate/Diploma/ Degree in Accounting or related field.
- Excellent understanding of fundamental accounting principals
- Excellent communication skills, organizational, timemanagement skills, and good team player
- Attention to detail and accuracy, with good problemsolving skills.

- 1 year of working experience in related field or;
