REPORTS TO :
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
We are looking for a passionate IT Technical Support Executive to join our team.


IT Technical Support Job Duties:


  • Installs, modifies, and makes minor repairs to computer hardware and software systems.
  • Resolves tickets representing staffgenerated technical requests or problems and troubleshoots technical and process issues to maintain productivity.
  • Consults with users to determine appropriate hardware and software needs and assists in placing orders.
  • Carries out software, network, and database performance tuning.
  • Documents hardware and software updates.
Experience in support of 1 or more of the following will be an added advantage:

  • End-user Support
  • PC, Laptop, Software, Printer, MS Office


  • Network Support

  • LAN, Wifi, Internet


  • Servers

  • Servers, Virtualization, Cloud

Qualifications:


  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or similar.
  • Prior experience working in IT, or similar technical function is an added advantage

Salary:
From RM2,500.00 per month
