Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing plans to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Conduct market research and stay uptodate with industry trends to identify new opportunities and areas for growth.
- Work with crossfunctional teams to create and execute promotional campaigns, events, and other initiatives to drive sales.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop menu offerings and promotions that align with the brand and target customer preferences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, such as local businesses and event planners.
- Identify competition, analyze sales data and customer feedback to measure campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage the restaurant's loyalty program and develop strategies to increase customer loyalty and retention.
- Monitor the restaurant's online reputation and respond to customer reviews and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Attend industry events and participate in networking opportunities to stay uptodate with industry developments and connect with potential partners.
- Relationship building and networking with business and corporate partners.
- Provide project leader role in all events organised by marketing including pre and post event planning, preparation, and coordination
- Assist marketing manager in brainstorming, formulation & implementation of new, effective and innovative marketing strategies to improve sales and performance of outlets.
- Support the organisation with daytoday coordinating of various marketing projects & campaigns including planning, organising and controlling all aspects of activities.
- You will perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Superior.
Requirements:
- At least a Diploma in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- More than 1 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Analytical skills with able to analyze data and make datadriven decisions.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
Working Location:
Taman Wahyu, Kepong Kuala lumpur.
Salary:
RM2, RM4,000.00 per month
