Operations and Admin Executive

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Business Development Director to oversee and enhance daytoday retail operations.
Monitor and improve overall efficiency in inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer service through data analysis.
Utilize historical data and market trends to create accurate sales forecasts.
Assist in developing strategic plans to optimize inventory levels and minimize stockouts.
Integrate data from different systems to create comprehensive datasets for analysis.
Work with crossfunctional teams to implement changes that increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Leverage data analytics tools and technology to streamline processes and enhance decisionmaking capabilities.
Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies related to retail operations.
Perform administrative duties
Liaise with sales team and local and foreign suppliers
Arrange goods for shipment in cost effective manner
Any adhoc duties given

Requirements:

At least 5 years work experience in related field
Systematic and process oriented
Analytical and good with numbers
Have knowledge in musical instruments or have passion for music would be added advantage
Able to work independently
Must be able to write English well
Able to converse in Chinese would be added advantage for communication with China suppliers/manufacturers
