Overview

We are looking for a Planning, Governance and Activation Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and implementing change initiatives within the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful adoption and implementation of changes.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans: Create and execute strategies and plans to manage and implement changes within the organization.
  • Support communication efforts: Enable the design, development, delivery, and management of key communications related to the change initiatives.
  • Assess the change impact: Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders affected by the changes.
  • Support training efforts: Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs to help employees adapt to the changes.
  • Identify and manage anticipated and persistent resistance: Proactively identify potential resistance to change and develop strategies to address and minimize it.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders: Work closely with CoE and LBU stakeholders to ensure alignment, buyin, and successful adoption of the changes.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives: Continuously assess the effectiveness of change initiatives and make adjustments as needed.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation: Promote a culture that embraces change, continuous improvement, and innovation.

Pay:
RM17, RM18,000.00 per month


Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus
