Position Overview:

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and achieve revenue targets.
Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and highperforming culture.
Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify new opportunities and ensure our products/services meet customer needs.
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and support lead generation and conversion efforts.
Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using datadriven insights to optimize and refine strategies for maximum effectiveness.
Monitor competitor activity and industry trends, providing strategic recommendations to maintain a competitive edge.
Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring resources are allocated wisely to achieve desired outcomes.
Drive public relations and media outreach activities to enhance brand visibility and maintain a positive corporate image.
Work closely with external agencies and vendors to deliver highquality marketing materials and experiences.
Stay uptodate with emerging marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, incorporating innovative ideas into marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
Proven experience in marketing management roles, demonstrating successful execution of marketing strategies and campaigns.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of marketing professionals.
A track record of driving successful marketing initiatives that resulted in increased brand visibility and revenue growth.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and the ability to make datadriven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally.
Demonstrated creativity and outofthebox thinking, coupled with a problemsolving mindset.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
