Responsibilities:


  • To achieve individual sales targets and group targets
  • To carry out assigned job duties and procedures of retail operations according to SOP
  • To follow up customer order and after sales services
  • To serve walkin customers and ensure excellent customer service rendered
  • To promote the International Luxury brand image and provide the highest standard of service to clients

Requirements:


  • 2 years of related working experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Preferably service industry, i.e. luxury retail industry, airline, luxury car, premier banking or hotel environment

  • Working Hour
  • Retail Shift

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
RM2, RM3,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • STM/STPM (preferred)

Experience:


  • Sales: 2 years (preferred)
Jewelleries Industry: 2 years (preferred)


Language:


  • Mandarin (preferred)
