Responsibilities:

Preparing materials purchase order and reconcile purchase order against supplier deliver order and invoices.
To liaise with maintenance/ production departments on stock requisition.
To perform purchasing work for engineering materials services including material sourcing, negotiation and order tracking of the company.
To ensure and maintain an efficient purchasing system within the company.
Compile and prepare weekly/monthly report or documentation for all purchasing and related activities.
To liaise with logistic company for prompt delivery of materials.
To liaise with subcon for required worksinprogress.
Responsible of planning activity both raw material requirement to meet production schedule.
To coordinate and cooperate with the departments for all the purchasing needs.

Job Requirements:

Computer literate
Required language(s): Chinese, English or Bahasa Malaysia.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Kota Tinggi.
Purchaser must be good in negotiation skills, good interpersonal skills, responsible and positive.
Independent and able to work under pressure and multitasking environment.
Preferably Executives with mechanical background specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material or equivalent.
One Full-Time position available.
