Responsibilities:


  • Key responsibility holder on fleet unit economics, keeping a tight control on operational costing and contribute to P&L, project costing, and pricing decisions
  • Manage effectively; communicate strategic objectives and practical initiatives together with KPIs, implementation goals and timelines
  • Manage a team of to achieve operational goals
  • Continual contribution to improvement of internal operations processes
  • Analyse demand and supply data to ensure adequate courier availability

Requirements:


  • Diploma/Degree in related field.
  • Experience may be required or preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as a team
  • Extremely proactive, responsible and organized
  • Combination of analytical and problem solving skills
  • Datadriven decision making mentality and "cando" attitude
  • Prior experience with a startup will be a huge plus
