n your new role you will:
P
- roject Planning and Execution - support in the development and implementation of all project plans. C
- oordinate with project teams to ensure alignment with project objectives and deliverables. M
- onitor project progress and work with project team to identify potential risks and roadblocks; e
- nsure risk mitigation plans are in place. E
- stablish project reporting system and participate in building and construction meetings, c
- apturing key checkpoints and driving for closure. F
- acilitate project decision-making processes and collaborate with stakeholders to identify options. S
- upport project teams and stakeholders in implementing and communicating effectively. D
- riving project meetings, capturing meeting protocols, following up on open actions, and arrangement of meetings and workshops. E
- scalate high-risk topics and critical issues to relevant stakeholders for timely resolution C
- hange request management - support in the evaluation of change request and ensure approved change request are documented. W
- ork with project team to develop budget and finance teams to track project expenditures and manage cost control. M
- onitor milestone achievements, identify critical situations, and escalate issues for decision-making.

Y

ou are best equipped for this task if you have:
B
- achelor/Master degree in Electronic / Electrical Engineering, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, Material Science,Physics, Physical Chemistry, Semiconductor Device Physics E
- xperienced in project management, project office and systematic in approaches. A
- ble to project key statements and big-picture overviews. >

5 years working and handson experience in project management. Wafer fab experience will be of advantage. G

- ood methodical approach and experience in project management techniques. G
- ood knowledge in semiconductor unit processes, process integration, device physics and products will be of added advantage.
