Celestica GBS Malaysia (CGM) is a Global Business Services (GBS) standalone site.

It was first established in April 2016 to support GBS mission to deliver end-to-end global business services with insights for Celestica.

Our people are empowered, drive continuous improvement, and create value in partnership with our clients.

Penang has around 180 employees, with different streams and functions under one roof, which includes the following:
~ Employee Shared Service (ESS) supporting Employees (payroll, time, learning programs, expenses, etc.) ~ Master Data Management (MDM) supporting Customers (master data management, engineering compliance, etc) ~ Opportunity to Cash (O2C) supporting Customers (proposals creation, quotes, etc.). CCS Procurement supporting Customers on purchasing activities. ~ Information Technology (IT) providing various IT support ~ Source to Contract (S2C) and Commodity Management supporting Suppliers (product data management, procurement, etc.)
