Responsibilities:


Support company core Engagement processes from HQ

  • Maintain specific core Engagement processes
  • Deliver operational support services to support departments regarding HQ information.
  • Liaising with HQ which based on South Korea
  • Deliver HQ information in Korean into English to local staff.

Basic Requirements

  • Fluent language in English and Korean (Compulsary)
  • Have a good level of general knowledge
  • Ability to understand complex IT solutions, corporate terms
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Proven experience of leading and coaching direct reports
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
