Job Description:


  • Handling Full Set Account.
  • Prepare and oversee all monthly payroll, accounts receivable and payable, tax payments, claim and invoice generation, and management of overhead expenses.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports in regards to net revenue losses and gains, operating costs, travel and material expenses, and all other executivelevel summaries for upper management to review.
  • Perform cashiering duties, including the oversight of petty cash allowances and discretionary budget spending, the preparation and delivery of bank deposits, and other daily financial tasks needed by the company.
  • Meet regularly with department heads to review budgetary allowances and expenses, and to ensure that each area's financial records are reconciled by monthend.
  • Engage with financial planning activities and suggest financial goals based on regular review of finances, and track progress toward those goals using financial software.
  • Participate in annual review boards to analyze financial information for the prior year and make recommendations for improvements going forward.
  • Ensure all accounting records are properly updated and reconciled in the accounting system.

Working Hours:

  • Monday
  • Friday (09:00 am 06:00pm).
  • Saturday, second and fourth week only (09:00 am 01:00 pm).

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting.
  • Min 23 years experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience in handling full set of accounts.
  • Prioritize to those who able to start immediately.

RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
