Description
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.- Reconcile bank statements and maintain general ledger.
- Prepare and submit invoices and expense reports.
- Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Monitor and track expenses and budget variances.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Assist with audits and tax filings.
- Maintain vendor and client relationships.
- Prepare financial reports and assist with financial analysis.
- Perform other accounting duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Account Assistant or similar role.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and procedures.
- Familiarity with accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Analytical skills to interpret financial data.
- Integrity and strong ethical standards.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
RM2, RM2,800.00 per month
