REQUIREMENTS:
- MIN DIPLOMA in related field
- 2 years experience as admin/clerk
- Familiar with construction field
- Good Skills in Microsoft Applications and letters
- Good verbal and writing communication skills
- Aggressive, fast learner and keen in details
JOB SCOPE:
- Familiar and involve in company tendering progress, CIDB License (CIMS System), EProcurement License (Perolehan System), Government tender
- Maintain daily operation of administration department
- To prepare, compile and ensuring documentation is keep up to date for submission
- License renewal
- CIDB, EPROCUREMENT, GOV VENDORS
- Manage the whole spectrum of administration preparing letters, documentation filing, archives, maintained in accordance with quality requirement to ensure all documents have no errors/mistake
- Ability to target and maintaining deadlines
- Other responsibilities as assigned by management.
Pay:
RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
