REQUIREMENTS:


  • MIN DIPLOMA in related field
  • 2 years experience as admin/clerk
  • Familiar with construction field
  • Good Skills in Microsoft Applications and letters
  • Good verbal and writing communication skills
  • Aggressive, fast learner and keen in details

JOB SCOPE:


  • Familiar and involve in company tendering progress, CIDB License (CIMS System), EProcurement License (Perolehan System), Government tender
  • Maintain daily operation of administration department
  • To prepare, compile and ensuring documentation is keep up to date for submission


  • License renewal

  • CIDB, EPROCUREMENT, GOV VENDORS
  • Manage the whole spectrum of administration preparing letters, documentation filing, archives, maintained in accordance with quality requirement to ensure all documents have no errors/mistake
  • Ability to target and maintaining deadlines
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by management.

Pay:
RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
