JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead strategic operational programs/initiatives, such as ISO9001 and ISO45001, across departments under the guidance of the Management Leader.
Ensure program quality, adoption, and compliance throughout the process.
Regularly report the overall program status to management.
Evaluate and drive improvements in business processes using systems as enablers.
Conduct enduser training as necessary.
Evaluate and provide guidance on enhancing data quality, ensuring consistency and integrity across functional teams.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement process improvements, develop new solutions, and resolve complex data issues.
Collaborate with other departments to generate reports from various sources, including the Field Service management system.
Drive and coordinate metrics for Monthly Business Reviews.
Establish governance and operational working practices for the program.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in Business Application Support.
Highly proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to derive insights from data.
Strong drive to foster a datadriven decisionmaking culture.
Solid understanding of the business side of technology, coupled with a passion for metrics and analysis to achieve business objectives.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills, actively listening and effectively responding to feedback from global stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to work independently with mínimal supervision while exhibiting excellent judgment.

Salary:
RM4, RM4,500.00 per month
