Key Responsibilities

To recruit new franchisees for the company's franchise expansion.
Screen potential franchisees by analysing investment requirements, franchisee's potential, financials and experience.
Provide & developing product training and marketing support for the new opening of a franchise outlet
Managing daytoday operations of a company's franchise outlets, including marketing and advertising campaigns, developing the training program for the franchisee, training new employees, and ensuring that all franchisees comply with company standards.
Ensure that Company's brand is communicated and maintained in all franchisee communications and marketing activities.
Review financial statements to determine whether franchisees are profitable or losing money.
Follow up and liaise with other departments for achieving effective and efficient management support for franchise outlets.
Drive sellthrough, monitor Franchise store performance KPIs and align sellout process across internal functions.
Work closely with senior management (Head Office) and franchisees to develop annual plans and strategies for franchise outlets.

Job Requirements

STPM, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field.
At least 46 years of experience in handling franchise outlets.
Able to travel nationwide.
Good with numbers and possess commercial sense.
Excellent timemanagement skills and detailoriented.
Proficient in business presentation, negotiation, interpersonal and communications skills.
Able to work under mínimal supervision.
