Description

Receptionist cum Admin Assistant

Descriptions:


  • Greet and welcome guests/visitors as soon as they arrive.
  • Handle all incoming calls and enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, either in person or on the telephone.
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook).
  • Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
  • Update calendars and phone listings.
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, etc.
  • Ensure the building is in clean and tidy condition.
  • Meal servings to board of directors/ VIP guests when needed.

Requirements:


  • At least 1 year experience as receptionist and admin assistant.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Good at computer usage e
