Description
Receptionist cum Admin Assistant
Descriptions:
- Greet and welcome guests/visitors as soon as they arrive.
- Handle all incoming calls and enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, either in person or on the telephone.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook).
- Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
- Update calendars and phone listings.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, etc.
- Ensure the building is in clean and tidy condition.
- Meal servings to board of directors/ VIP guests when needed.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year experience as receptionist and admin assistant.
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Good at computer usage e
