    Job Overview

    This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about driving sales growth, expanding business opportunities, and strengthening client relationships.

    • Sales & Business Development:

    Sales Strategy

    • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the company's market footprint in East Malaysia.
    • Support the team in preparing and delivering compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
    • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure high customer satisfaction, repeat business, and referral opportunities.
    • Assist in developing strategies for market penetration and competitive positioning within the industry.
    • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify new business avenues and emerging trends.
    • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to increase brand visibility and generate leads.

    Account and Financial Administration

    • Manage accounts receivable processes, including the collection of payments via cheques, bank transfers, calls, and emails.
    • Prepare, verify, and dispatch invoices with supporting documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
    • Maintain and update records of client interactions, billing summaries, and collection reports.

    Customer Support

    • Oversee certification management for all clients in Malaysia, ensuring timely access and distribution of certificates.
    • Assist with quotation preparations and respond promptly to client inquiries.
    • Ensure all client communication regarding documentation, certifications, and project updates is handled professionally.

    Reporting & Coordination

    • Generate and send regular sales reports to management, highlighting key developments and pipeline status.
    • Collaborate with the team to prepare presentation materials for bi-monthly sales meetings.

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    • 1-2 years experience in Sales with a degree in Business Administration or a related field.
    • Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
    • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
