    Description

    We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior QA/QC Executive to join our team. This role supports the QA/QC department in ensuring product quality, food safety, and compliance with regulatory standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist in monitoring wheat and flour quality to meet company and customer standards.
    • Support implementation and maintenance of FSSC22000, HACCP, GMP, HALAL requirements and Good Laboratory Practices.
    • Conduct routine quality checks, sampling, and testing to ensure compliance with specifications.
    • Assist in preparing reports, maintaining documentation, and supporting internal and external audits.
    • Help manage non-conforming products and contribute to root cause analysis and corrective actions.
    • Collaborate with the QA/QC team to uphold food safety culture and continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Handle SAP and LQMS

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • Malaysian, preferably aged 25–35 years old.
    • Minimum Bachelor's degree in food science, Food Technology, or related field.
    • At least 3 years of QA/QC experience in food manufacturing (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply).
    • Knowledge of HACCP, HALAL, FSSC22000 and food safety regulations.
    • Meticulous, with strong analytical and communication skills.
