Japanese Speaking Customer Service Representative


Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively listen to customers, understand their concerns, and provide clear and accurate information to resolve issues effectively
  • Follow standard operating procedures and troubleshoot basic technical problems related to products or services
  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of products, services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers
  • Log customer interactions, document resolutions, and follow up as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Meet established performance metrics related to call handling times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams or supervisors when necessary

Qualifications:

  • Native or nearnative fluency in Japanese (reading, writing, and speaking)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Japanese
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
  • Customeroriented with a positive attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred

Pay:
RM1, RM5,269.82 per month
