Japanese Speaking Customer Service Representative
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively listen to customers, understand their concerns, and provide clear and accurate information to resolve issues effectively
- Follow standard operating procedures and troubleshoot basic technical problems related to products or services
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of products, services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers
- Log customer interactions, document resolutions, and follow up as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet established performance metrics related to call handling times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams or supervisors when necessary
Qualifications:
- Native or nearnative fluency in Japanese (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Japanese
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
- Customeroriented with a positive attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
Pay:
RM1, RM5,269.82 per month
