We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team.Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best fit for job positions.
- Manage endtoend recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding support.
- Stay updated with industry trends and insights.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 2 year experience in recruitment or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
- Willing to relocate / travel.
