We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic HR Generalist to support a varied range of HR activities across APAC, including Australia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, and New Zealand.


Job Description:


Responsibilities:

APAC Visa and Immigration Specialist

  • Liaise with government agencies, legal teams, immigration partners and employees to ensure smooth visa processing and compliance.
Employee Records and Data Management

  • Maintain accurate and updated employee records (contact information, emergency contacts, employment history, benefits).
HR Documentation

  • Prepare HR and administrationrelated letters and documents
Payroll and Benefits Administration Support

  • Assist with data entry and verification for payroll processing.
  • Coordinate benefits enrolment and termination processes for new and departing employees.
  • Liaise with payroll providers and benefits administrators to resolve issues and ensure accuracy.
Facilities and Event Management

  • Oversee general office operations
  • Plan and execute company events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring logístical efficiency and budget adherence.
Additional Responsibilities

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and procedures.
  • Proactively identify and address HRrelated issues and risks.
  • Perform adhoc duties as and when required

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of handson experience in all aspects of HR administration, focusing on APAC regions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word
  • Working knowledge of HRIS systems and other relevant software tools.
  • Understanding of APAC employment laws and regulations
  • Team player with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Meticulous and detailoriented with a pleasant disposition
