Job descriptions:


  • Office furniture cabinets and locksets installation.
  • Carry stocks are needed.
  • Manage and supervise a team of warehouse personnel to ensure the smooth operation of warehousing.
  • Responsible for warehouse operation and ensuring both inflow and outflow of goods are managed effectively.
  • Verify orders, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.
  • Verify and check goods return from customers.
  • To inspect/verify incoming goods from suppliers and preshipment check for outgoing goods.
  • Stock record to be updated every month.
  • Investigate discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
  • Responsible for the coordination and communication with other departments to ensure smooth operation and resolve issues.
  • Resolve any arising problems or complaints received concerning the warehouse.
  • Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds to ensure proper housekeeping and upkeep of store cleanliness.
  • Arrange for Annual Stock Count.
  • Update for daily delivery & schedule jobs
  • Supports lockers services and maintenance, adhoc tasks as assigned by management
  • Need to travel to customer site occasionally.

Requirements:


  • Min. 1 year experience in warehouse, logistics or relevant industry.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Problemsolving abilities
  • Leadership capabilities & Teamwork skills
  • Responsible, independent and willing to learn.
  • Pay attention to details.
  • Able to communicate in English Malay & Mandarin language.

Salary:
RM2, RM4,000.00 per month
