Managing Local HR Team and work closely to ensure employee development needs are met effectively.

Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources functions including manpower planning, recruitment & selections, compensation & benefits, payroll, performance management, training & development.
Responsible for the review, development and implementation of systems, procedures, and processes to improve the operational efficiency of HR with compliance to the company policies & practices and Employment Act.
Be engaged in Human Resources planning and development strategy to achieve shortterm and longterm targets.
Work on employee relation activities and to facilitate ongoing communication across all levels and to promote employee engagement.
Drive and participate in key HR projects. Corporatewide projects / initiatives and make recommendation and suggestions for improvements.
Ensure that the benefits are administered and promoted accurately and costeffectively; provide recommendations and costing for new benefits.
Develop standardized HR policies and procedures in line with business needs and law.
To manage disciplinary/ Grievances, guide employees and managers.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Min. 10 years' experiences in Human Resources field.
Fluent in spoken and written English and Bahasa.
Strong knowledge of managing sensitive / confidential situations.
Confidence and ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Highly developed organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities.
Must show a willingness to work as a member of a team, but also be able to work independently and on own initiative.
Must possess a "problemsolver approach and a "cando" attitude.
Strength of character to raise and communicate issues or recommendations.
An appetite for growth and personal development.
