    This position is for a Customer Success Specialist, who will be responsible for responding to customer requests and concerns.

    The ideal candidate will be the primary contact for customers using our client's website shopping channel.

    About the Role

    As a Customer Success Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with customers in placing online orders and providing timely support via available communication channels.

    You will also be responsible for processing payments and handling confidential information securely, while protecting the brand and customer loyalty.

    In this role, you will identify and escalate priority issues, collaborate with team members for continuous improvement, maintain service quality, and meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

    Requirements

    We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in any discipline. A minimum of 6 months of experience in customer support is required, although fresh graduates with relevant degrees are welcome.

    Candidates should possess excellent Interpersonal Skills, including customer service orientation, solution-focused approach, expectation management, active listening, and positive attitude.

    Additionally, we require candidates to have Technical Skills, such as a minimum typing speed of 40 WPM with 90% accuracy, computer literacy, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
