Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients and mise en place for various dishes.
- Follow recipes and instructions provided by senior kitchen staff.
- Execute basic cooking tasks under supervision, including chopping, peeling, and cooking.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including washing and sanitizing utensils and equipment.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Assist in inventory management by rotating stock and notifying the chef of any shortages.
- Learn and grow within the culinary team by actively participating in training sessions and seeking opportunities for skill development.

RM1, RM2,200.00 per month
