Responsibilities_

  • To perform routing of incoming SWIFT messages to the respective departments
  • To construct outgoing SWIFT messages to corresponding banks on behalf of other departments
  • To manage the team's mailbox to ensure all items are accounted for and reconciled
  • To perform compliance check and follow up on completeness of Originator and Beneficiary Information
  • To support any other adhoc tasks or projects that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements_

  • At least 3 years' experience working in a payment related department of a banking institution
  • Familiar with the structure and usage of different Swift message types
  • Meticulous, accurate and possesses good sense of urgency
  • Keen to learn and willing to multitask independently under time critical environment
  • Resourceful and eager to be part of the team to deliver service excellence and possesses quality mindset
  • Able to work staggered hours or overtime, whenever required

Salary:
RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
