**Position: Marketing Executive (Specifier)

Paint Materials, Building Materials**
Salary Up To RM5000

Location:
Kuala Lumpur

Job Descriptions:

We are currently looking for a
Specifier to approach, promote, attend and specify the company products to Developer, Architect, Consultant and Main Contractor.

Establish new leads, site visits and conduct product presentation to prospects accordingly.
Liaise with Developer, Architect, Consultant, Main Contractor for product specifications and sales.
Working closely, effectively and successfully with others teammates to ensure delivery of specified and converted leads.
Generate and identify existing and new potential leads, follow up, proposals, specifications and influencing.
To achieve sales target required.

Job Requirements:

At least Diploma / Degree holder in any field of studies or Marketing or equivalent.
Minimum 2 Year(s) work experience in building material sales and specifying is preferably.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (will be an added advantage)
Good communication skills
Proactive, aggressive, able to work independently & resultoriented.
Possess own transport
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
