Responsibilities:
- Document Matching
- Scan invoice
- GRN, BIL & DO (QnE)
- Keyin Invoice Statement vendor
- Check pending invoice
- Submit doc to account/QS/Etc
- Site & Machinery Cash (GRN, Keyin, Scan & Submit)
- Issue PO
- Assist to unload parts/sign do/receive goods
.
Requirement:
- Able to use Microsoft Word/Excel
- Able to speak English, BM
Job Type:
Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months
Salary:
From RM800.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bukit Jelutong: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
