Responsibilities:


  • Document Matching
  • Scan invoice
  • GRN, BIL & DO (QnE)
  • Keyin Invoice Statement vendor
  • Check pending invoice
  • Submit doc to account/QS/Etc
  • Site & Machinery Cash (GRN, Keyin, Scan & Submit)
  • Issue PO
  • Assist to unload parts/sign do/receive goods
    .

Requirement:


  • Able to use Microsoft Word/Excel
  • Able to speak English, BM

Job Type:
Internship

Contract length: 3-6 months


Salary:
From RM800.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bukit Jelutong: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
