About the role:

As a Business Development Manager for our range of
Enterprise Software Solutions, you will be in a customer facing role.

Your primary responsibility is to generate new business focusing on manufacturing, trading, distribution, and services industry verticals.

Our software solutions are important tools for businesses, often making big impacts on how they operate.

You'll need to be comfortable talking with senior executives about how our solutions can improve their operations and create value for their company.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to understand the sales process well, be skilled in solution selling, and build strong relationships with senior management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Reach out to potential leads by making cold calls.
• Analyze the needs of potential customers and explain how our solutions can meet those needs.
• Present, promote, and sell our products/services to both existing and potential customers.
• Close sales efficiently and strategically.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Meet sales targets within deadlines.
• Stay uptodate on all of our company's products and services.
• Analyze the market to understand its potential and track sales progress.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year(s) of sales experience with proven track record in sales.
• Previous experience in Software selling is preferred.
• Strong command of English and local languages in Malaysia.
• Good domain knowledge in the manufacturing industry and/or services industry will be an advantage.
• A selfstarter and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
• Have excellent sales analytical, Interpersonal and communication skills.
