Your Responsibilities

  • Proven experience in customerfacing roles (phone, chat, in person).

Requirements:


  • Familiarity with IOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology is preferred.
  • Fluent in the required language Bahasa Indonesia and English (speaking, reading, and writing)
  • Experienced in technical troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with various devices (smartphones, tablets, PCs).
  • Analytical skills for resolving complex issues.
  • Proficient in navigating multiple systems and tools.
  • Selfmanaging in fastpaced environments.
  • Embraces challenges and takes on additional responsibilities.
  • Maintains professionalism and composure under pressure.
  • Accepts feedback, welcomes coaching, and demonstrates growth.
  • Willing to Relocate to Penang
