Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in IT

a) Minimum 6-7 years of working experiences.

(b) Preferable having knowledge in Banking system (CoreBanking, LOS)

(c) Able to perform testing and trace in HPALM

(d) Have at least 3-4 years experience as Business Analyst role

(f) Having technical experiences such as JavaScript and Microsoft SQL would

be advantageous

Excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

(a) Review Business Case provided by the Business to define the high level requirements. This

will lead to the project scope and specification

(b) Conduct workshops to identify and confirm user requirement.

(c) Assess gaps between software/function capabilities and user requirements. Identify resolutions

for the gaps identified.

(d) Develop and review User Specification Document.

(e) Assist in translating requirements into test conditions and expected results for product,

performance, and User Acceptance testing.

(f) Provide support to testers ensure all defined business needs and functionality requirements

have been met.

(g) Provide support to ensure all defined business needs and functionality requirements have

been met during warranty period.

(h) Responsible for the quality of software development and deployment (functional tester)

(i) Planning and executing testing for changes are made to the code to fix defects.

(j) Lead, coordinate and monitor all project related activities to ensure project scope is delivered with

high quality, on schedule and within budget
