An MNC Providing Purification Solutions For Semiconductor Device Fabrication (Bayan Lepas, Penang)
The role leads a 24/7 IT Service Desk team consisting of 10 Helpdesk Call Centre Agents based in the Penang shared service centre and 3 IT Onsite Desktop Engineers based in the Kulim plant.
Salary:
From RM15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience:
- leading a fairly large IT
Service Desk: 5 years (preferred)
- Desktop Field Service team in an enterprise environment: 5 years (preferred)
