Description
1.Responsible for High Voltage electrical equipment including operating, maintaining and troubleshooting switchgear, transformer and other related system of the building.
- Responsible to lead, supervise technicians to carry out daily maintenance and troubleshooting of building services.
- Conduct inspection on building facilities and act as Emergency Preparedness Coordinator.
- To carry out corrective, schedule and preventive maintenance of all electrical equipment.
- Maintain proper records of equipment operating and inventory list of critical electrical and compenent.
- To supervise and ensure all electrical installations are installed according to the regulations set by Suruhanjaya Tenaga.
- To supervise job performed by electrical contractors.
- Involve in energy management activities.
- Perform any other job functions that may be assigned by the Superior.
Requirement
- Possess at lease a BO Chargeman Certificate (HT) from Jabatan Bekalan Electrik (JBE) or Suruhanjaya Tenaga.
- Minimum 5 years working experience as Chargeman in Property/ Building Management / Building Maintenance industry.
- Knowledge in Electricity Supply Act, Electricity Regulation, Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineer (IEEE) Regulations.
- Highly motivated with positive attitude and self-driven.
Salary:
RM6, RM8,000.00 per month
