Responsibilities:


  • Oversee daily operations, company events, and conferences as needed.
  • Establish procedures to optimize organizational productivity.
  • Manage daytoday operations, set performance goals, and ensure their achievement.
  • Participate in the hiring process to acquire talents aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Plan and implement ISO 9001 Standards for adherence by production employees.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain budget and resource allocation plans.
  • Delegate responsibilities to qualified employees and enforce policies and standards.
  • Efficiently resolve internal staff conflicts for mutual benefit.
  • Participate in performance reviews of production departments.

Who are we looking for?

  • Preferred Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Good knowledge of different business functions
  • Leadership with ability to drive a team.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
RM8, RM11,000.00 per month
