**Sales & Marketing Manager- JB*
- Reports to Sales & Marketing HOD in daytoday sales & marketing operations.
- Plan, implement and monitor the execution of marketing related activities to ensure set targets are achieved.
- Conducting marketing competitor research.
- Handling social media & content marketing and visual.
- Assist in the planning and development of company marketing and communications materials.
- Assist in update the latest product pricing if directed by the superior.
- Assist in preparation of marketing collaterals such as brochures, sales kit, leaflets, banners, digital marketing, video & etc.
- Organize on site event, roadshow.
- Maintain customers' database and handle customer enquiries.
- Conduct canvassing calls on regular basis & develop a network of customers.
- Liaise effectively with bankers, lawyers and enforcement department.
- Undertakes any other tasks and assignments as directed by the superior from time to time.
Job Requirement:
- Possess Diploma/Degree in Real Estate Management /Marketing or businessrelated discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in similar industry & capacity.
- Good knowledge of property market is an added advantage.
- High computer literacy especially in Microsoft office.
- Good interpersonal and problemsolving skill.
- Able to work independently with high level of selfintegrity.
- Willingness to travel or work in weekends and public holidays.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Pay:
RM12, RM15,000.00 per month
